Chapter 4: Link Products to Users

 

Catalogue Structure displays products in the company catalogue. However some companies have unique product for each user in the company. In this case rather than displaying all the products in a catalogue, products can be linked to the user so users of a company would only see products that are linked to them.

 

The First step in linking products to users is to change the Display Method in the company settings from the default "By Catalogue" to by user.

 

 

The Company catalogue is not turned of and the ability to link products to the user is turned on.
