Estimate Product

 

To create an Estimate Product and add it to the catalogue

 

1.From the Backend Menu select  Products> Company Products.

2. Click Add New Product.

3.Fill in the form as described in Create a Static Product.

4.Change Product Type to: Estimate

5.Select the job type ( See Job Type in Public Products)

6.Save the product

7.Locate the product in the list then click the Estimate Product Detail

8.Start Adding items for the Product

9.User either:

10.Add New Item: This option allows entering options with single price

Enter name for the item

Select with number of pages or set the Manual entry

Enter default Width and Height in inches

Enter Price of one page (or one squared inch)

Select a thumbnail for this item

Click the save button

 

11.Add New Matrix

 

Enter the name for the item

Select either Colour/Black & White / Wideformat

 

All other options take their values from the matrix

 

12. Associate the product with a category in the Company Catalogue.

13. Select a thumbnail for this item.

14. Click the Save button.
